The business needed to deliver an ambitious global SAP Finance Transformation project where 250 finance systems were replaced with a global SAP solution and over 500 Business Unit finance functions were migrated to an offshore shared services model.

The solution:

SystemsAccountants was selected as the primary framework supplier of finance transformation contractor resources with the mandate to provide high-volume contract staff over multiple geographies.

The outcome:

SystemsAccountants provided over 50 contractors including the overall Programme Director, QA Director, PMO and a delivery team encompassing process design, deployment, and shared services transition management. Resource was mobilised in the UK, the US, the Middle East and Australia.
