What will I be doing?

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the enterprise performance management and regulatory compliance sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their regulatory and performance management requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

What profile will I require?

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software sales, preferably within the enterprise performance management or regulatory compliance sectors.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong hunter sales mentality.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
