Join a well-established, growing technology company looking for an Accounting & Systems Lead!

With a strong existing footprint and as one of the market leaders in its field, the company is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced Accounting & Systems Lead or Financial Systems Manager with strong Finance knowledge to join their team and manage the finance processes and Business Applications Landscape.

This role will lead projects to transform and improve their Accounting processes including finance process analysis, working to in-source international processes as well as implement a new ERP solution to create a scalable solution for as they expand. Working with senior stakeholders, you will design the ERP and Financial Systems roadmap and will manage the execution of the project pipeline.

Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience as Financial Systems Manager, Accounting Process Owner, Accounting Systems lead or similar, ideally within a fast-growth business or sector
  • Strong finance process understanding across R2R, P2P, O2C, Reporting processes
  • Finance Qualification (e.g. Qualified Accountant; ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar)
  • Experienced defining Business Systems roadmap and managing the delivery of a portfolio of financial systems and transformation projects
  • Proven experience across accounting process analysis and improvement
  • Project management experience within Business Systems or ERP setting
  • Strong communication skills
