Who is the client?
Our client is a large Swedish multinational group headquartered in Stockholm, looking to strengthen their internal financial planning team. They are seeking an experienced Board Developer to play a key role in the optimisation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/CPM) solutions, with a focus on financial planning and Business Intelligence (BI). This is a permanent position within an established organisation where you will work on complex financial planning projects, using leading EPM technologies.
What will I be doing?
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Board or other EPM platforms
- Work closely with finance and business teams to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Support the implementation of BI solutions, integrating data sources for advanced analytics and reporting
- Contribute to system optimisation and automation, ensuring best practices in data modelling and performance
- Provide technical expertise and user training to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
What skills will I need?
- Experience as a Developer or Architect working with Board or other EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, Oracle, SAP BPC)
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Extensive experience in data modelling, scripting, and system integration
- Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools and analytics
- Ability to engage with finance and business teams, translating requirements into technical solutions
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
