Business Systems Lead
Join a well-established, growing technology company in Ireland is looking for a Business Systems Lead!
With a strong existing footprint and as one of the market leaders in its field, the company is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced Business Systems Lead or Financial Systems Manager with strong Finance knowledge to join their team and manage the Business Applications Landscape.
This role will lead projects to transform and improve their current Business Systems and related processes. The company has recently implemented a new Cloud ERP solution and is improving their ERP and EPM systems to create a scalable solution for as they expand. Working with senior stakeholders, you will design the ERP and Financial Systems roadmap and will manage the execution of the project pipeline.
Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience as Business Systems Manager, Head of Financial Systems or similar, ideally within a fast-growth business or sector
- Experienced defining Business Systems roadmap and managing the delivery of a portfolio of financial systems and transformation projects
- Strong finance process understanding across R2R, P2P, O2C, Reporting processes
- Finance Qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) desirable
- Proven experience delivering large ERP and Business Systems projects, e.g. new systems implementation, Module rollouts, business process improvements and automation, System evaluation and selection of new technology
- Project management experience within Business Systems or ERP setting
- Strong communication skills
