An established and rapidly expanding technology leader in Ireland is seeking a Business Systems Lead to join their team!

With a solid market presence and a reputation as a leader in their field, this dynamic company is looking for an experienced Business Systems Lead or Financial Systems Manager with deep finance expertise to oversee and optimize their Business Applications Landscape.

The role:

  • ERP Implementation: Assist with completing ERP phase one, focusing on OCR, budgeting, and forecasting requirements. Oversee planning and execution of future ERP phases for seamless rollout.
  • System Optimization: Work with stakeholders to refine and enhance ERP functionality, prioritizing automation and reducing manual tasks.
  • Automation: Champion digitization to automate reporting and operational processes.
  • Integration: Maximize system integrations to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancy.
  • Process Design: Innovate processes to enhance automation and efficiency.

Your profile:

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years as a Business Systems Manager, Head of Financial Systems, or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strategic Leadership: Skilled in defining Business Systems roadmaps and delivering financial systems and transformation projects.
  • Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Reporting); finance qualifications (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
  • ERP and Systems Projects: Proven track record in delivering ERP implementations, module rollouts, process improvements, automation, and system evaluations. NetSuite experience would be ideal.
  • Project Management: Experienced in managing Business Systems or ERP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and influence across teams and stakeholders
