We are partnering with a leading consultancy to help them strengthen their Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across Europe. As part of their growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with C-suite executives and finance leadership teams, helping to design and implement high-impact EPM process transformations and system implementations that drive world-class performance.
In this senior role, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in areas such as planning, consolidation, and ESG processes to improve clients’ finance operating models and deliver significant value. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Maintain and grow client relationships through delivery excellence and consistent results.
- EPM Transformation: Apply your deep knowledge of EPM to help organisations transform their finance operations and systems to meet best-in-class standards.
- Project Management: Manage consulting project teams from planning through to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and successful outcomes.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and capitalise on opportunities with existing clients, contributing to business growth and developing long-lasting relationships.
- Consulting Excellence: Support the development of written proposals and provide expert advice on best practices and EPM strategies.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts that ensure smooth transitions for clients.
- Cross-Sector Expertise: Leverage a broad understanding of various industries and capabilities to provide holistic solutions to clients.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Consulting Expertise: Proven experience maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring project success, and delivering high-quality results.
- EPM Knowledge: Deep expertise in one of the following areas: Planning, Consolidation, or ESG processes. Strong knowledge of EPM strategy/blueprinting and capability maturity assessments.
- Project Management: Strong project management background with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale consulting projects from inception to completion.
- Vendor Network: Well-connected within the EPM vendor ecosystem.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities and sell solutions within existing client relationships.
- Change Management: Solid experience in managing organizational change and implementing transformation initiatives.
- International Experience: Experience working with both UK-based and international/global clients is a plus.
- Market Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging market trends in EPM.
