Consulting Services Lead – EPM (Financial Consolidation/ FP&A)

Join an international IT software and consulting services company as they expand their consulting services team with a senior appointment.
The company focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies for planning, conso, and reporting, supporting businesses around the world to be more data driven in their decision-making.
The team is highly international and this role has a remit spanning Europe, so is not limited to Belgium.
What will I be doing?
- Coordinate project staffing to ensure the right resources are in the right place to succeed for customers.
- Lead diverse projects, ensuring timely completion and beating expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is valued.
- Utilize your expertise in Financial Consolidation and/ or Financial Planning & Analysis to support clients in their EPM journey.
- Engage with the software, applying your technical skills to lead discovery sessions and develop innovative solutions for customers.
- Work closely with your project team and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas and solutions to fruition.
- Provide regular, insightful updates to senior management, highlighting project milestones and achievements.
What skills and qualifications will I require?
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services in related field of EPM, finance systems, CFO advisory services.
- Leadership skills with a focus on high performance and personal growth for team members.
- Deep understanding of our customer profile and the ability to discuss relevant topics.
- Expertise in finance, ideally FP&A or Financial Consolidation
- Implementation expertise for EPM tools, leading projects and teams of consultants.
- Strong knowledge of EPM technology such as Prophix Adaptive Insights, Vena, Planful, Tagetik, Anaplan, OneStream, Jedox, Lucanet, Oracle EPM, TM1, others.
- Must hold a valid EU passport or right to work is essential.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
