Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures. Review and monitor manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and reconcile inventory valuations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts related to production costs. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs.
• NetSuite ERP Management: Utilize NetSuite ERP to manage cost accounting functions, including setting up and maintaining cost structures, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports related to cost accounting, including month-end closing activities and variance analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of cost accounting practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
