CRM Project Manager

South West (2 days per week on site)

9-month contract (Outside IR35)

Up to £600 per day

Our client is an acquisitive, PE-backed service provider who are currently 2 years into their 5-year digital transformation programme. Part of this transformation is the selection and implementation of a new CRM system which will improve all aspects of their customers’ journey through seamless integration with their other applications.

They are currently looking to appoint an experienced CRM Project Manager to assume responsibility for the end-to-end process including:

• Defining what the future requirements are for the system.
• Shortlisting and engagement with potential vendors.
• Ensuring that potential solutions can be seamlessly integrated with their current applications.
• Project management of the implementation to include data migration, testing and end-user training.
• Providing exceptional project governance and timely and accurate project updates to the Senior Stakeholders.

Experience required:

• Overall Project Management of at least 2 previous CRM implementations.
• Requirement gathering and translation into a functional specification e.g. the customer journey.
• Experience in the integrations of applications into CRM systems
• Project governance including documentation
