About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager (Consultant) with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Dynamics platforms, particularly within the Supply Chain Management domain. In this role, you will lead testing strategies, ensure quality assurance, and manage testing activities for complex ERP implementations and supply chain projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for D365/Dynamics implementations in supply chain environments.
- Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance Testing.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and resolve test-related issues while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Design and manage testing tools and frameworks, ensuring efficient and automated testing processes.
- Oversee defect management, tracking issues through to resolution using industry-standard tools.
- Lead and mentor testing teams to deliver successful outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards for testing and quality assurance.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Dynamics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems, including modules like procurement, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Experience in creating and managing test cases, scripts, and scenarios for complex ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or other defect tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and business teams.
- Certifications in D365, ISTQB, or equivalent are highly desirable.
