Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Lead the financial strategy and execution to optimize plant performance and profitability.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance and operations.

• Manage the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing system capabilities.

• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide financial leadership on cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial efficiency.
