Responsibilities:

  • Software Development Oversight: Implement and oversee software development methodologies to enhance project delivery.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of software projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered efficiently.
  • Technical Governance: Develop and enforce a governance framework to uphold software quality and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and develop a team of project managers and technical experts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with all business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software project management or related leadership roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • NetSuite experience
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex project portfolios.
