Role Title: Dynamics BC Systems Manager
Status: Permanent
Location: London Outskirts – 1-2x days/week
Salary: £70-80,000
A leading construction company is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to maintain their Finance Systems team. This role offers comprehensive oversight of finance systems operations and development, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance Systems team
- Ensure timely resolution of system requests and issues
- Maintain finance systems stability and data integrity
- Provide technical leadership and support to the team
- Oversee data migration and system onboarding processes
- Conduct complex data analysis and mining
- Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors
- Evaluate and source new systems and data solutions
- Oversee creation of new companies and ledgers within systems
- Build strong relationships with finance teams and accountants
- Manage team workload and development
- Control change management for finance systems
- Partner with IT on system implementations
- Gate-keep system changes including chart of accounts and approval matrices
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and VBA expertise
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience
- Proven stakeholder management abilities
- Microsoft Business Central experience
- Understanding of accounting practices/qualified accountant
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines
