Enterprise Architect – Financial Systems & Transformation – Independent Contractor
An international business is undertaking a key programme to improve their business applications and Enterprise Systems.
They are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with strong experience designing Cloud ERP solutions and Enterprise Applications to join their team and lead the technical selection and design of enterprise systems.
Working closely with Business Stakeholders including areas such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, HR, you will review the current Enterprise Systems Landscape and will define the future IT Enterprise Applications Landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Applications and Business Systems analysis and review together with Business Process owners and key stakeholders
- Enterprise Systems Design and Architecture for future Operating Model
- Define To-Be processes and Lead Enterprise Systems Solutioning
- Drive the business case for Corporate IT Systems change
- Together with Inhouse Applications leads, define Business Systems strategy and roadmap
- Identify future paths for the Enterprise Systems roadmap going forward for Financial Systems, ERP and EPM solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Senior Enterprise Architect with Cloud ERP expertise across a range of ERP Systems e.g. Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion, Workday, MS Dynamics 365, SAP S4 Hana, Infor, Epicor, Oracle EBS
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Systems, Financial Systems or ERP including experience leading implementations of Cloud ERP systems at large international companies
- Experience leading Finance Systems or ERP Review, Evaluation and Selection initiatives with good knowledge of Cloud ERP systems
- Good knowledge of core business processes e.g. Finance, Procurement, Sales & Operations, Logistics and others
- Demonstrable experience defining Business Systems Strategy, delivering Business Cases and defining and implementing roadmap
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Background in IT Business or Financial Systems
Location: Switzerland or Europe-wide with regular business travel
