Job Title: Enterprise Systems Manager / Director (NetSuite SME)

Location: NYC Metro (Hybrid: On-site 3+ days per week)

Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary + 20% bonus

SystemsAccountants is working with a global wealth management firm based in NYC, who is in the processing of implementing NetSuite globally, and is looking to hire a NetSuite SME to lead the systems landscape, liaison with the implementation partner, and eventually grow and manage the systems teams. This is a hybrid position in NYC (3 days per week minimum).

About the Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Systems Manager / Director to serve as the in-house NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME) during our ongoing global NetSuite implementation. This is a pivotal role, supporting the rollout of NetSuite OneWorld across our entities in the EU and Asia.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite, significant experience managing global enterprise-level ERP rollouts, and a proven track record with NetSuite OneWorld implementations. Prior experience in Financial Services is highly desirable. The role requires a collaborative, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the NetSuite SME, leading and supporting the global rollout of NetSuite OneWorld across multiple international entities.
• Partner closely with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and align NetSuite functionality with organizational goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Optimize NetSuite to support business processes, including financial reporting, consolidation, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency operations.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in NetSuite modules and related integrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
• Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven success with NetSuite OneWorld in international/global environments, including multi-entity and multi-currency setups.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ERP best practices, including process optimization and system integrations.
• Exceptional ability to engage with executive stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams, as well as working in highly collaborative environments.
• Experience with OneStream would be a bonus

Additional Requirements

• Local to Manhattan, New York, with the ability to be on-site at least three days per week to collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary of up to $180,000, along with a 20% performance-based bonus.
