Job Description: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Administrator
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent position. The role will focus primarily on the support, administration, and development of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE tools, ensuring the effective operation and enhancement of our financial consolidation and reporting processes. The position offers flexibility in location and can be based in Dublin or various European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- EPM Tool Administration: Provide ongoing support and administration of HFM and FDMEE, ensuring optimal performance and availability of the systems.
- User Support: Assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshoot system problems, and provide training to ensure efficient use of the EPM tools.
- System Development: Participate in the development and enhancement of the EPM tools, collaborating with finance and IT teams to implement system improvements and new functionalities.
- Data Management: Oversee data loading, validation, and reconciliations between source systems and HFM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Compliance: Support the company’s compliance efforts by ensuring systems meet SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements, with a focus on internal controls and data security.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an EPM administration or support role, with hands-on experience in HFM and FDMEE.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in administering HFM and FDMEE, with a solid understanding of financial consolidation processes. Knowledge of SOX compliance is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to work from Dublin or other European countries, with potential for remote work arrangements.
