A leading consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is seeking an experienced EPM Architect to design and oversee the implementation of robust EPM solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:
The EPM Architect will lead the end-to-end design of EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements. They will create scalable and efficient architectures leveraging platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or OneStream. -
Technical Leadership:
This role involves providing technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The architect will establish best practices and technical standards for EPM implementations. -
Client Advisory:
Acting as a trusted advisor, the EPM Architect will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, recommend innovative solutions, and articulate the value of EPM technologies. -
Collaboration with Teams:
The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business consultants, developers, and data analysts, to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions. -
Continuous Innovation:
By staying abreast of the latest EPM trends and technologies, the architect will drive innovation, introducing new tools and methods to enhance solution effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Educational and Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in EPM solution architecture and implementation.

Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, HFM, Essbase), SAP BPC, Anaplan, or OneStream.
- Proficiency in integrating EPM solutions with ERP and other business systems.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
