Who is the company and context?
Our client is an international CFO advisory firm looking to strengthen their EPM practise in Stockholm. They are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant to play a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT departments at large corporations across various industries, with expertise in either FP&A or Group Consolidation transformations. This is a permanent position within an established consultancy where you will work on complex financial systems and process change projects, using leading EPM technologies.
What will I be doing?
- Design and implement innovative EPM solutions that bridge business and IT functions at major corporations
- Partner with clients to develop strategic financial roadmaps focusing on reporting and either planning or consolidation
- Lead project teams through implementation, development, and change management with emphasis on process automation
What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Proficiency in leading EPM platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Workiva, Workday Adaptive Planning, Lucanet, Prophix, or Pigment is essential
- Track record of leading and delivering digital transformation projects
- Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, consolidation) or hands-on experience working with ERP solutions or other systems handling financial data
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
