What is the role and company?

Join the Finance Systems team of this large multinational as a OneStream Product Owner, focusing on leading the planning workstream for our group. We are rolling out a global OneStream programme for the full FP&A suite, with a multi-stage phase over 2 years covering OPEX, revenue, and P&L. This role is based in Barcelona, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week, in an English-speaking environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Workstream Leadership: Lead the planning workstream for the global OneStream programme, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of the FP&A suite.
  • Implementation experience EPM: Oversee the multi-stage phase rollout over 2 years, focusing on OPEX, revenue, and P&L.
  • Business Guidance: Provide expert guidance to the business on OneStream and EPM-related topics, including data integration, data management, process, and reporting.
  • Solution Design: Design and develop OneStream solutions that meet the business’s planning and reporting needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality OneStream implementations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in OneStream and EPM technologies and best practices.

What profile will I require?

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in EPM, with at least 1 year of OneStream experience ideally.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in guiding the business on OneStream and EPM-related topics, including data integration, data management, process, and reporting.
  • Hybrid Role: Ability to perform both functional and technical tasks effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
