Position: ERP Project Manager
Role: 2 year Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Birmingham City Centre – 2 days onsite per week
Salary: Up to £80k

SystemsAccountants are working with a UK based organisation that have a presence across Europe, APAC and North America. This client have recently kicked off a greenfield ERP transformation and require a dependable individual to manage the entirety of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, proactively addressing issues as they arise
  • Develop change management strategies and oversee the transition to BAU support following implementation

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record managing full lifecycle ERP implementation projects in finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience leading change management initiatives, training, and user adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in complex, large-scale projects
  • Ideally possess a project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile) along with proficiency in project management software
