What will I be doing?

• Leading the transformation of finance processes through ERP system implementation and optimization.
• Analyzing existing financial workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business requirements.
• Managing end-to-end ERP project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Designing and configuring ERP systems to meet financial reporting, compliance, and operational needs.
• Providing training and support to finance teams on new systems and processes.
• Ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

• Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, D365) with a focus on finance modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting.
• Background in finance or accounting, with relevant qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Experience in process mapping, process improvement, and change management within finance functions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions.
