Executive Program Director

Role Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Program Director to join a collaborative and supportive team known for fostering a culture of learning and growth. This leadership role will oversee high-complexity EPM/CPM engagements, driving excellence and innovation in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex OneStream programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in EPM/CPM.
- Deep expertise in OneStream or Oracle/Hyperion solutions.
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience driving business development activities to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.
