Position: D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst

Role: Fixed-Term Contract – 2 years

Location: Cardiff – 2/3 days onsite

Salary: Up to £70,000

SystemsAccountants have partnered with a well known organisation based near Cardiff to assist them with their Finance Transformation Programme. This Programme is being spearheaded by the implementation of a new ERP solution, Microsoft D365 F&O.

This organisation are initially looking to bring on a Finance Business Analyst with coverage of a D365 F&O transformation to aid in the scoping & delivery of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the analysis of business processes to gather and document key finance process requirements across P2P, O2C & R2R
  • Work alongside key business stakeholders to create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to be used in recommending suitable solutions within D365 F&O
  • Collaborate with the wider Programme, business & SI teams to design a solution that meets the key requirements of end users
  • Assist in the UAT phase to ensure recommended solutions are operationally viable

Required Experience:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes (P2P, O2C & R2R) – ideally supplemented by an Accounting qualification or industry experience
  • Extensive experience using Business Analytics tools to document finance processes and create process maps
  • Experience of an ERP implementation project – specifically MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
