12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary £40,000 – £45,000

Leicestershire 3 days a week, WFH 2 days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform essential finance system tasks, including month-end processes, ensuring that jobs run smoothly and schedules are correctly maintained.
• Conduct daily system checks, verify data accuracy, and monitor system interfaces to align with the Group’s financial reporting schedule.
• Provide support to finance teams across the organisation, ensuring all financial reporting requirements are achieved.
• Collaborate with the Systems Manager to maintain data integrity and accuracy in the delivery of new projects affecting financial systems.
• Assist in developing and refining finance system controls to enhance robustness and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure system integrity across all systems and integrations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Personal Attributes:

• Strong understanding of finance processes and procedures.
• Part-qualified or relevant experience in a finance function, providing a finance perspective to the systems team.
• Experience in finance system support or administration is advantageous.
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
