Finance Systems Manager (D365 F&O) is required for this global NFP customer to lead, shape and drive the digital finance systems roadmap with particular focus surrounding Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and it’s associated periphery systems.
This newly created Finance Systems Leadership position will have ownership for the implemented D365 F&O system and broader business system landscape that impact on the office of finance. You will join a high performing team combining Finance IT hybrid skill sets to build collaborative partnerships across Finance, IT and wider business functions. Leveraging your extensive Finance Process & ERP expertise and people management skills you will partner with internal stakeholders and End users, whilst forming excellent vendor relationships with external parties to support the Centre of Excellence and optimise scalable Finance Technology solutions.
As the Finance Systems Manager your key accountabilities will include:
- Maintain and manage the D365 & PowerBI ecosystem, ensuring systems availability and resolution of service requests.
- Manage the continuous improvement and on-going development of their entire D365 stack including D365 F&O, CE, HR and Power Platform.
- Act as the Finance Systems subject matter expert with particular emphasis surrounding D365 F&O.
- Perform root cause analysis/business analyst techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, thus improving bottleneck.
- Ensure execution of overall group objectives working in collaboration with other colleagues and business functions globally.
- Encourage increased adoption of Finance Enterprise Applications across the group and identify opportunities for new technology.
Being successful in this position requires a D365 Finance Systems professional with a strong accounting/finance process background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified ideally) and has proven support and management experience across the Finance/IT hybrid vertical whilst having key touch points on ERP (D365) and Finance Technology within a NFP environment. Proven project management and change management experience will be key in this position along with strong leadership and vendor management experience. You will be an excellent communicator and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
