Finance Systems Manager – 12-Month FTC

Finance Systems Manager (FSM) is required to lead our clients in-house NetSuite team while supporting the broader ERP landscape. In this role, you will oversee the project pipeline, allocate tasks effectively, and engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive system improvements and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the NetSuite team while supporting the wider ERP environment.
- Oversee the pipeline of finance systems projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
- Act as the key liaison between finance and IT teams, facilitating seamless collaboration.
- Drive ERP optimisation initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Ensure best practices in ERP integrations within a global finance and technology landscape.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert guidance on finance system improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, ACMA, AAT).
- 4+ years of ERP experience in a global environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing finance and IT teams.
- Strong background in ERP optimisation and process improvement.
- Solid understanding of ERP integrations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
