Key Responsibilities:

• System Oversight & Optimization:

  • Manage the overall health, configuration, and functionality of NetSuite and other integrated financial systems (e.g., expense management, billing, CRM, and reporting tools).
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement system enhancements to optimize efficiency, reporting, and alignment with business needs.

• Cross-System Integration:

  • Ensure seamless integration of NetSuite with other critical systems, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), billing platforms, expense management tools, and payroll systems.
  • Oversee API connections and data flows between systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

• Project Management:

  • Lead system-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships for third-party financial tools and platforms, ensuring service levels are maintained.

• User Support & Training:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all financial systems, providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support to finance and business teams.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to support effective system use and adoption across the organization.

• Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system-driven improvements to streamline workflows (e.g., financial reporting, reconciliation, and closing processes).
  • Oversee the development of custom reports and dashboards to support financial analysis and decision-making.

• Data Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
  • Maintain and enforce system access controls, roles, and permissions to align with compliance policies.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and business leaders to align system functionality with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Regularly gather and analyze feedback from users to enhance system performance and user experience.
