Job Title: Group Finance Systems Manager
Location: London | Hybrid (2-3x days/week)
Salary Range: £70,000 – £80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Functional Lead for the organization’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP system
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of F&O across the global finance function
- Manage a team of up to 4 functional and technical staff based in an off-shore SSC.
- Collaborate closely with country local & external finance and IT teams to manage the finance systems infrastructure and roadmap.
- Assist with technical aspects of the reporting and consolidation system, including integrations with F&O.
- Ensure finance systems are fit for purpose and maintain best practices/controls globally.
- Create and maintain process documentation and training materials for finance systems.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Substantial experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Familiarity with consolidation and reporting systems (e.g. Prophix)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing offshore/distributed teams
- Background in working closely with global finance teams
- Solid technical and IT knowledge
- Strong finance, accounting, and reporting expertise
- Preferably holds an accounting qualification
