Job Title: Head of D365 Support & Service Transition

Location: London | Hybrid (3x days/week)
Salary: £140-150,000 + bonus + car allowance + broader package
Head of D365 & Service Transition (D365) is required for this global customer to lead, shape and drive the digital the service transition of the finance systems roadmap with particular focus surrounding D365 F&O and it’s associated periphery systems.
This newly created Head of D365 Support & Operations Leadership position will have ownership for the entire Service Transition Framework for the newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system and broader business system landscape that impact on the office of finance/IT. You will join a high performing team combining Finance IT hybrid skill sets to build collaborative partnerships across Finance, IT and wider business functions. Leveraging your extensive ITIL & ERP expertise and people management skills you will partner with internal stakeholders and End users, whilst forming excellent vendor relationships with external parties to support the Service Transition and optimisation of scalable Finance Technology solutions.
As the Head of D365 Support & Operations your key accountabilities will include:
- Establish and implement Service Transition Framework to enable Regions to transition to a Managed Service support model.
- Leading the definition and transition to the Global service model for D365 F&O core model applied across multiple global instances.
- Establish framework for D365 Solution Operations to enable the delivery of robust, stable and compliant Service Model covering business, data, product & technology domains.
- Perform root cause analysis/business analyst techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, thus improving bottleneck.
- Ensure execution of overall group objectives working in collaboration with other colleagues and business functions globally.
- Encourage increased adoption of Finance Enterprise Applications across the group and identify opportunities for new technology.
Being successful in this position requires a D365 professional with a ITIL background and has proven support/service transition and management experience across the Finance/IT hybrid vertical whilst having key touch points on ERP (D365 F&O) and Finance Technology within a fast paced environment. Proven project management and change management experience will be key in this position along with strong leadership and vendor management experience. You will be an excellent communicator and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
