Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst – Infor d/EPM

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finance Systems Analyst with expertise in Infor d/EPM. In this role, you will contribute to the financial systems strategy by maintaining and enhancing the Infor d/EPM platform. You’ll lead system development projects, optimise financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics, and ensure the platform aligns with business needs.
Collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and other teams, you’ll deliver solutions that empower decision-making, drive efficiency, and support organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support & Maintenance:
- Ensure the stability and functionality of the Infor d/EPM platform by troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support.
- Development & Optimisation:
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, dashboards, and reporting tools tailored to business requirements.
- Project Management:
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and analytics projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Finance, IT, and other departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimise system performance while adhering to best practices.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create comprehensive documentation and deliver user training to maximise the platform’s effectiveness.
- Data Integrity & Governance:
- Maintain accurate and compliant data across the Infor d/EPM system.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Provide insightful financial reports, analytics, and dashboards using Infor d/EPM tools.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Finance Systems Analyst role, specifically with Infor d/EPM.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes.
- Expertise in system development, configuration, and optimisation within Infor d/EPM.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to present data-driven insights.
- Experience in managing system upgrades and implementing new functionalities.
- Familiarity with finance processes like budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with other financial systems (e.g., ERP solutions).
- Background in large, global organisations.
- Project management qualifications or experience (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Knowledge of automation tools or scripting languages.
