Job Title: NetSuite-Enabled Accountant

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the setup, configuration, and optimization of accounting modules in NetSuite, including General Ledger, A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
• Build and document scalable accounting processes that support inventory-based operations, including COGS tracking, landed cost allocation, and month-end close..
• Create and maintain key financial reports and saved searches in NetSuite.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on NetSuite best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, especially in configuring and managing accounting and inventory modules.
• Hands-on experience setting up accounting systems from the ground up or significantly improving them.
• Solid understanding of inventory accounting, including perpetual vs. periodic systems, COGS, landed cost, and inventory reconciliations.
