Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with stakeholders to validate system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and mapping issues during migration.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless system adoption.
  • Provide guidance on NetSuite best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Document key findings, workflows, and issues encountered during implementation.
  • Train end-users as needed to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
