NetSuite Developer

Location: Greater St. Louis Area (On-Site)

Salary: Up to $140K

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the greater St. Louis area, is seeking a NetSuite Developer to customize, optimize, and integrate their NetSuite ERP system. This is an on-site role focused on enhancing manufacturing processes, streamlining inventory and supply chain management, and ensuring seamless system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite Customization & Process Automation

• Develop SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 solutions to automate work orders, BOM management, and assembly builds.
• Modify forms, records, and workflows to align with manufacturing processes.
• Utilize SuiteFlow to improve process automation and efficiency.

Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization

• Implement automation for inventory tracking, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop solutions for demand planning, procurement automation, and warehouse management.
• Integrate barcode scanning, RFID tracking, or WMS systems like RF-Smart to improve inventory accuracy.

Systems Integration & Data Flow Management

• Connect NetSuite with third-party platforms, like Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Shipping & logistics providers, E-commerce platforms, Payment processors
• Leverage REST & SOAP APIs and integration platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or Jitterbit to eliminate manual data entry.

Production & Work Order Management

• Automate work order creation, scheduling, and routing to reduce bottlenecks.
• Develop real-time reports and dashboards to track production efficiency and capacity planning.
• Create scripts for BOM validation, production costing, and variance tracking.

Financial Reporting

• Build custom saved searches and reports.
• Automate financial reconciliation for cost accounting, margin analysis, and inventory valuation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of NetSuite development experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP), and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating WMS, 3PLs, e-commerce, and payment systems with NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, work orders, and production processes.
• Familiarity with Celigo, Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar integration platforms.
