Senior Netsuite Administrator
A global business is looking for an experienced Netsuite Senior Administrator to join their ERP team.
Already live with Oracle Netsuite, and with a complex global environment, the company is looking for someone with excellent business process understanding of core modules R2R, P2P, O2C and strong hands-on Netsuite knowledge to join their team and deliver a roadmap of improvements and business systems enhancements.
This role would suit an experienced Netsuite Functional Consultant or Administrator with a consultative approach who’s actively looking to take on the next challenge in an international environment!
Your profile:
- Senior Netsuite Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst or Netsuite Administrator with 3+ years’ experience
- Comfortable working with key business stakeholders across Finance, Purchasing, Operations divisions to gather and analyse requirements and identify and design best-practice improvements in Netsuite and integrated systems
- Strong hands-on Netsuite application skills including ERP Configuration, set up, and implementation, and post-live end user support
- Project experience; rollout new modules, implement Netsuite to international entities, identify and deliver Netsuite solution improvements
- Good functional knowledge across Netsuite modules e.g. R2R, P2P, O2C
- Strong communication skills and a Consultative approach
The role:
- Netsuite Inhouse Consultant – optimise and improve the Netsuite solution and end-to-end processes
- Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis with stakeholders across Finance, Purchasing, Operations teams
- Translate Business requirements to solution design and architecture for Netsuite and integrated systems
- Lead and deliver projects to implement process improvements and system enhancements, e.g. new modules & functionality, streamline processes and drive automation
- Deliver Netsuite implementations and rollout to international entities as the company continues growing
- End user support and traininig
- Change Management
