O2C Finance Process Consultant – interim freelance contract, 6-9 months
An international company in Amsterdam is transforming their Finance processes for O2C including Invoicing and billing.
The company is harmonising and improving core O2C and invoicing processes and is looking for a Finance Business Analyst or Finance Transformation Consultant with good Order-to-Cash knowledge and ideally business services or financial services sector experience to join the team and focus on harmonising core processes, and rolling out streamlined finance and O2C solutions.
Requirement:
- Business Analysis: map as-is and to-be finance processes for Finance
- O2C process harmonisation and improvement across Invoicing, Billing, Taxation within different local markets with international stakeholders
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Controlling SMEs to gather requirements and translate to new process
- Partner with external IT Consultancy for the implementation of the Finance System solution functionality and map solution design to finance processes
- Support Testing and UAT with users to ensure the solution and processes are fit for purpose
- End user training and change management
Your profile
- Finance Business Analyst with strong O2C, Cash, Invoicing, Billing processes experience.
- Good Functional understanding of Finance / Controlling / Accounting processes: R2R, GL, AP, AR, O2C, Invoicing, Billing, Taxation / VAT
- Financial Services, Business Services, Fintech or Insurance sector experience
- Experience working in large international companies
- Finance process transformation and change management
- Strong communication skills in English
Interim Contractor, 6-9 months
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands – hybrid working (60% onsite)
