What is the role and company?

Join our team in Dublin as an EPM Project Manager on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will be part of a global EPM transformation programme aimed at optimizing our Oracle EPM Cloud stack, which includes FCCS, PBCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS. This role involves supporting the head of the department on cross-functional projects to deliver new functionality to the business using these tools.

What will I be doing?

  • Programme Support: Assist the head of the department in managing and delivering cross-functional projects within the global EPM transformation programme.
  • Tool Optimization: Focus on optimizing the Oracle EPM Cloud stack, including FCCS, PBCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on EPM solutions.
  • Functionality Delivery: Ensure the delivery of new functionality to the business on each of the Oracle EPM tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle EPM technologies and best practices.

What profile will I require?

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, ideally having worked on major Oracle EPM programmes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud tools (FCCS, PBCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS).
  • Finance Knowledge: Strong finance background to effectively challenge and support the business.
  • PM Qualifications: Project management qualifications are a major plus.
  • Consulting Background: Experience in consulting is also a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
