Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Advisory:
The Principal Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients, analyzing their business needs and developing tailored EPM strategies that align with their objectives. - Solution Design and Implementation:
This role involves leading the design and deployment of EPM solutions, leveraging platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, or OneStream. The consultant will ensure that the solutions deliver measurable value and are implemented efficiently. - Team Leadership and Collaboration:
The Principal Consultant will guide cross-functional teams, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. - Thought Leadership and Best Practices:
By staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, the Principal Consultant will introduce best practices and thought leadership to clients, ensuring their solutions remain forward-thinking and competitive. - Business Development Support:
Working alongside business development teams, the consultant will identify opportunities to expand services, support proposal development, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Educational and Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on EPM solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or OneStream.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Skills and Attributes:
