Who is the company and context?
We are currently looking for a Project Manager OneStream (M/F) to join our client, a leading group in its market. This opportunity is for you if you want to join a large, dynamic, and rapidly growing group with a strong national and international presence and contribute to its continued success!
What will I be doing?
- Manage relationships with finance function teams (management control, consolidation, treasury, etc.);
- Analyze financial data and participate in the configuration of the OneStream tool for various reporting stages;
- Be responsible for maintaining the reference framework, such as the chart of accounts, among others;
- Handle incidents and respond to business needs for changes and requests, providing quick and appropriate solutions;
- As Project Manager, participate in writing and developing user procedure documents;
- Participate in training and supporting employees in using the system;
- Be the point of contact for users and assist them in identifying their future needs by proposing solutions compatible with OneStream;
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with internal needs;
- Oversee project development and ensure team members adhere to project roadmaps and company standards;
- Play a true role as a Project Manager by participating in writing and improving projects, ensuring they comply with group standards and meet budget and deadlines;
- Contribute to writing documents concerning project creation, development, and execution, including scope, budget, and justification;
- Be the primary contact for the OneStream tool internally and externally (Finance Department, vendor, external consultants, etc.);

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
You have a degree in engineering or a Master’s in finance and/or information systems, ideally with proven experience of 5+ years as a consultant in a consulting firm or company in the EPM/CPM universe with tools such as OneStream, HFM, SAP BFC TAGETIK, etc. You possess a strong analytical mind, are proactive, organized, and enjoy teamwork.
Fluent in English.
