Salesforce Programme & Project Lead is required by our global customer to deliver a full end-to-end business data, integration & process initiative to support a standardised global template for billing, revenue recognition, order to cash / lead to cash, CPQ and go-to-market strategy.
This PE backed B2B organisation has experienced significant change over the past 12 months resulting in a strategic operating model redesign and re-platforming on their core front-middle-back office technology. Hence their CRM platform underpinned by Salesforce requires further data, integration and process optimisation project work. This is likely to be a 6-month contract (outside IR35) in the first instance and candidates must have the following expertise as the remit will focus on the following areas:-
- Programme & Project Delivery Manager – Project Governance, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management with Sales, Revenue, Integration / IT, ERP, & Finance Teams
- Experience of working in SaaS / B2B and how business processes work specific to this industry vertical.
- Multiple end-to-end Salesforce project implementations.
- Global best practice process knowledge across billing, revenue recognition, order-to-cash, lead-to-cash, CPQ, licencing management, go-to-market strategy.
- PE / M&A / Carve-out experience.
