Who is the company and what’s the context?

Our client is an internationally active boutique consulting firm, specializing in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), finance transformation, and the digitalization of financial processes. With a strong focus on CCH Tagetik, the company supports clients worldwide in making their financial structures more efficient, automating processes, and driving digital transformation within the finance sector. To strengthen their team in Romania, they are looking for a Senior Consultant CCH Tagetik, who will play a key role in the successful implementation of financial solutions.

What are the responsibilities?

• Consulting clients on challenging projects in finance transformation, finance automation, and digital finance.
• Technical preparation, support, and leadership in the implementation of leading CPM tools, with a particular focus on CCH Tagetik.
• Assisting clients in developing and continuously optimizing financial processes, particularly in the areas of planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyzing and designing custom management, KPI, and driver models for client companies.
• Independently digitalizing financial processes and supporting the introduction of new communication technologies.
• Promoting project management skills and professional development through the assumption of responsibility in complex projects.
• Flexible work options depending on project requirements: on-site, remote, or at one of the company’s international locations.

What background and skills are required?

• A degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid professional experience in accounting and/or controlling, ideally within consulting or in a financial role.
• Experience in the implementation of CPM systems, especially CCH Tagetik (planning, configuration, and implementation).
• Technical expertise and the ability to analyze and optimize complex financial processes.
• Strong client orientation, communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
• Fluent English is a must; any additional language skills, especially French or German, are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
