Senior Manager Financial Systems and Processes
Join an international scale-up Final Client company in Greece as and lead a key finance transformation and financial systems initiative!
Sitting within Finance, this role will lead a finance transformation in initiative to In-source key Accounting and Finance processes covering Accounting, Reporting, R2R, P2P, O2C. The right candidate will work with international stakeholders to map and improve existing processes and lead the in-sourcing of processes from external providers. You will also get involved in a key programme to implement a new Financial System and ERP internationally.
The Position:
- Take ownership of the Financial Processes and the new Cloud Financial System solution
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop the finance processes and systems strategy, define the project pipeline and drive delivery of the roadmap
- Set up and improve core Finance and Operations processes, e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Reporting
- Build up the Financial Systems function including optimisation initiatives, System evaluation and selection and Project Portfolio Management and delivery
Your Profile:
- Senior Financial Systems Manager or Finance Transformation Lead with excellent business process process knowledge
- Finance background with strong understanding of Finance Accounting & Controlling processes, and wider business processes; R2R, P2P, O2C
- Prior implementation and improvement experience for Cloud ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Netsuite, Workday, SAP S4 Hana FICO, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)
- Experience in a fast-paced scaleup business
