We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator with strong expertise in NetSuite Multi-Books to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries and currencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure NetSuite Multi-Books amongst othe modules to support multi-entity financial reporting and compliance.
- Manage system updates, integrations, and enhancements to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support and training.
- Work with third-party applications and integrations to enhance system functionality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany processes.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
