Senior NetSuite Specialist
Location: Dublin, Ireland | Permanent
A high-growth international business based in Ireland is looking for a Senior NetSuite In-House Consultant to help drive the next phase of their ERP journey.
As the key link between Finance and IT, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and evolving the company’s NetSuite environment-delivering improvements, optimisations, and scalable processes that support long-term growth. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across the business, turning requirements into smart, effective system solutions.
What you’ll be doing:

Act as the go-to person between finance users and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into system design

Lead ERP improvement initiatives – from business process automation and workflow optimisation to new module rollouts

Manage NetSuite configuration and ongoing system enhancements

Deliver end-user training and support, covering both 2nd and 3rd line queries

Support business change through effective ERP enablement
What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in a NetSuite-focused role – e.g. Functional Consultant, Admin, or ERP Lead

Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, P2P, O2C, and R2R
-
Experience delivering NetSuite optimisation projects and supporting post-go-live enhancements

A solid understanding of finance and procurement processes

Confident supporting users and providing training across the business
