Key Responsibilities:

  2. User Support and Training:

    • Provide technical support to NetSuite users, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely manner.
    • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to enhance user proficiency and self-sufficiency.
  3. System Enhancements:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and customizations.
    • Work with third-party vendors and consultants to integrate NetSuite with other business systems.
  4. Security and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security and privacy.
    • Manage user roles and permissions to maintain data security and access control.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within NetSuite to support business operations and decision-making.
  6. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with NetSuite releases and new features, and make recommendations for system improvements.
    • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices in system administration and NetSuite.
