Role Overview:
The Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful global implementation of NetSuite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, customization, and deployment of NetSuite across the organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of financial systems, extensive experience with ERP implementations, and a strategic mindset to align system capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the global NetSuite implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, define processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external NetSuite consultants and vendors, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Provide hands-on support during the implementation, including troubleshooting, testing, and validation of the system.
• Train and mentor internal teams to ensure effective adoption and utilization of NetSuite post-implementation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the ERP system to support evolving business needs.
