Summary:
Seeking a visionary leader to oversee both software application development and infrastructure management. This role entails defining strategic direction, ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications, and leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies that align application development with infrastructure needs, incorporating latest technological trends and best practices.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of software engineers and IT professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Manage the delivery of software projects and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Maintain and enhance infrastructure capabilities to support application development and business operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various department heads to align technology solutions with business goals, reporting directly to executive management.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; business management qualifications a plus.
- At least 10 years in leadership roles focusing on software development and infrastructure.
- Expertise in leading large-scale technology projects and teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- NetSuite experience
- Excellent communication skills, capable of driving strategic technology initiatives.
