Our long-term partner in the Oil & Gas industry is currently looking for a Workday Analyst to support both their Financials and HRIS platform. Experience with either Workday HCM or Workday Financials is required.

*No C2C candidates or remote options available. This role is on-site in Houston.*

Primary responsibilities and required experience:

  • Configure and administrate Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Expenses, Projects, Talent, Recruiting, FDM, etc.
  • Workday report writing experience
  • Workday Security experience required
  • Functional integration experience is a nice-to-have
  • Consultative and analytical experience – able to look at systems and recommend improvements where needed.
